We believe that our servers are only as good as the data center they are housed in as well as the network they are connected to.  We use SoftLayer Datacenter’s and some of the largest names in the bandwidth to bring you a world class network and data center facilities. With around the clock monitoring of the network from the Network Operations Center (NOC), you can sleep easy at night knowing there are trained professionals monitoring your server and our network for any signs of trouble. In the rare event of trouble, the NOC and data center employees are trained to handle the problems in a quick, efficient manner minimizing your downtime.

Dallas Data Center

Our Dallas Data Center is located inside the INFOMART telecom hotel, near downtown Dallas. INFOMART is also home to data centers belonging to MCI, Level 3®, Equinix, Verizon, and many others. It sits on three redundant TXU electrical grids, delivering diverse power to each quadrant of the building, with five, on-site, 100-ton water chillers meeting N+1 cooling requirements.

Seattle Data Center

Our Seattle data center is located in a private N+1 data center facility outside the Seattle fault and liquefaction zones. The facility is designed and constructed to sustain a seismic event while maintaining business functions and boasts low latency through superior connections to Seattle’s robust fiber optic loops, 55MW of existing electrical capacity, 45 on-site generators with .5-million gallons of on-site fuel storage, and a carrier vault system supported by more than 50 miles of embedded, secure conduits.

Washington D.C. Data Center

Our Washington D.C is located in a private N+1 data center facility just 7 miles from Washington Dulles airport in Chantilly, Virginia. The facility is also home to data centers belonging to AT&T and Verizon Business, and receives power from two redundant Dominion Virginia Power grids. It includes three, on-site, 600-ton cooling towers, fully meeting N+1 cooling requirements.

Our data centers also feature a dedicated 20Gb connection between facilities with automatic fail-over and best routing solutions for low latency. This is great for a secure, high speed way to transfer information between facilities or servers. Our networks are also protected by Cisco Systems DDOS and monitored around the clock by our Network Operations Staff for any signs of trouble.
